Expedia Mobile Web Packages
Delivering discounts on demand with Expedia Mobile Web packages
Up until now, many of you have used a computer to book flight and hotel package deals that only Expedia can offer. But let’s face it: We shouldn’t assume you’re sitting in front of a computer every time the thought strikes to search for or book travel. Chances are much higher there’s a smartphone right by your side.
Starting today, there’s no need to rely on a computer to shop for these package deals. You can find the same deals on your smartphone, because we have updated our mobile website to make it easy for you to shop and book flight and hotel packages.

To take advantage of this new offering, simply visit Expedia.ca on a smartphone browser, and tap on the Packages tab to search deals that will save you an average of $570 by purchasing flight and hotel at the same time. You can browse hotels from these package deals based on what’s most important to you—by sorting and filtering them by neighborhood, amenities, ratings or biggest price savings. This update also includes the feature to add children travelers that will be traveling on the trip. Viewing is optimized perfectly for the smartphone browser so you can access more information and images when you want them, and hide away that information and images when you don’t.
To provide even more value to Expedia customers and help better connect your travel journey, all the flight and hotel packages you search via mobile web while logged into an Expedia account are automatically saved in your Scratchpad for easy retrieval and viewing later on a personal computer.
Since the team here at Expedia is just as connected to our smartphones and tablets as you are, we understand how convenient it can be to rely on mobile web for help with all sorts of day-to-day activities. That’s why we continue to upgrade our mobile website—so you won’t be stuck trying to use a shrunken-down version of the desktop site. Across our product offerings, we strive to strike a balance of functionality and features. We aim to deliver this balance on your mobile devices throughout all the stages of your travel experience, from dreaming, planning, booking, traveling and beyond.
We encourage you to check out the accompanying slideshow of images above for a quick step-by-step demo, and try searching for flight and hotel packages on your smartphone today to experience it for yourself!
